About Us

Our Why

Vino&Beyond was born from our desire to share our passion for all things that embodies the “bella vita.” We specialize in wine, food, and tourism, and with no pretension, we aim to convey our experience enriched by the expertise we have accumulated over the years in the food and wine sector, to tell the story of what we have learned in the world of wine and food.

We have chosen to do this in English, even though we are not native speakers. Our apologies in advance for any imperfections in the translation, but our goal is to be open to everyone.

Our focus will certainly be on Italian culture, but we also want to tell the stories of people, places, foods, and wines that express personality, a vibrant soul, and uniqueness.

We will talk about what we love, what we are passionate about.

A challenging but bright journey begins, and we will approach it with a smile on our faces and a glass of wine in hand.

Patrizia Vigolo

Don’t call me Patrizia, call me Patty.

Curious by nature, I am an enterprising person, always seeking new horizons and new stimuli, and in the world of wine, I have found what satisfies me.

For over 15 years, I have been working in international sales and marketing as a freelance consultant for Italian wineries. As an AIS Sommelier and WSET 3 certified professional, I have been invited to participate in various international wine competitions, which always keeps my tasting skills sharp.

I collaborate with various industry magazines, both national and international.

You will often find me in the company of friends and family, enjoying gastronomic delights in a warm and convivial atmosphere, very often in the mountains or surrounded by nature.

I love wine because it allows me to create unique and wonderful connections with people from all over the world. My magical phrase? “Wine is a passport to the world” by Thom Elkjer.

Michelangelo Tagliente

Freelance journalist, registered with FIJEV – Federation of Wine and Spirits Journalists and Writers. I not only serve as the director and editor of ‘La stanza del vino’ but also collaborate with James Magazine. Additionally I collaborate with the food and culture monthly Taste of Passion, and have previously contributed to the Slow Wine guide.

I love good wine and good food.

I have successfully completed all three levels of the AIS course.

My favorite quote? “Wine is a disease of the soul: no lukewarm character can deal with it, they would only produce bottles without personality.”
