The brand attracts curious consumers exploring the growing No-Low alcohol market, especially Millennials and Gen Z, thanks to its vibrant and engaging aesthetic.

Conceived by Gianni Tagliapietra and Alessia Zanin, sommeliers and founders of Hungrycircle srl in Breganze (Vicenza, Veneto, Italy), the project emerged from a personal need to reduce alcohol consumption without sacrificing the joy of conviviality.

We wanted to create beverages with a delightful taste, suitable for culinary experimentation, and capable of preserving the ritual of sharing a bottle,” explains Gianni Tagliapietra.

The SEEP. Just grapes branding was developed in collaboration with young creatives from the SID design school in Padua and the Galileo Visionary District, aiming to redefine sobriety as a cool and conscious choice. “Zero stress, zero hassle” is one of their key slogans, reflecting a playful and ironic tone perfectly aligned with the Gen Z audience.

The collection features five beverages designed to be enjoyed chilled:

  • Bolla Bianca Extra Dry
  • Bolla Rosata Extra Dry
  • Bianco, Rosato
  • Rosso Superiore

Each drink boasts its own distinct personality, making them ideal for various occasions—from aperitifs to pairings with finger foods and main courses.

The Story Behind the Name SEEP

The name SEEP., meaning “to filter,” directly references the reverse osmosis process used to separate wine from alcohol, with grape must added to balance the final product. Simultaneously, the name phonetically evokes the word “sip,” emphasizing the act of savouring. The tagline Just grapes highlights the purity of the beverages, made entirely from grapes and nothing else.
